Quick and Easy Cards with Scraps

A lot of times when I am making cards, I end up with extra die cuts/stamped images, or ones I decide not to use. I usually shove them under my score board which I keep on my work area at all times. Lately I have noticed that the pile was becoming larger, and the score board was no longer sitting evenly. Not that it made any problem with using the board, but I decided it was time to clean up and use those scraps.

Here is a photo of what the pile consisted of:

So I went ahead at started playing around with the pieces and different arrangements. I didn’t use them all yet, but here are some cards that I have made so far:

  1. Oh I LOVE that you use your scraps, and look how many cards you got out of them!! The one with the purple flower on the MB branch on the envelope background is SO BEAUTIFUL … the spacing of everything is just perfect. More, please!

  2. What a clever idea to use your scrap pile! I am going to try this. My very favorite is the thanks for the hospitality; I would never have thought of that background.
