Hello! It is my second day of guest designing at Penny Black blog!
Here is yesterday’s card:
The card base is 4″ x 6″ and is made from Bazzill textured card stock. The color is called Rain if I am not mistaken. The raised panels have different widths to keep the design a bit interesting. Notice that even the snowflakes are not positioned symmetrically. The poinsettia was embossed in gold and trimmed. While the snowflakes lie flat over the panels (used glue pen), the poinsettia is raised on foam tape. A very simple and easy to recreate design 🙂
Today’s card involves stamping for the most part. Here is a sneak peek:
Head on to the Penny Black blog to check it out!
Love how you created those blue panels to create a subtle background. Very pretty.
Congrats on being a guest designer and deservedly so. I also love the effectiveness of the panels.
Oooh I *love* the raised tone-on-tone cardstock over the card base!! And that flower is a stunning focal point!
