To another year of Blogging!

Welcome to my first post of 2014. 🙂

I am sharing a card that I had designed a few months ago in preparation for a Holiday Card Workshop. This card was made with New Years in mind, but it can also be used for any other happy occasion.

The skyline was made from the Paper Smooches set Metropolis. I stamped one of them on scrap card stock and colored it with a black marker. I then trimmed it, and before popping it with some foam tape, I stamped the circles with Delicata Gold Pigment ink. I did generation stamping to create a bokeh effect. Very simple and easy to recreate.

Wishing you all a great year ahead! and thanks for your support and beautiful comments and messages. They always make my day!

  1. Beautiful card Tasnim! Al lot of us seem to be doing black and gold at the moment – maybe this is 2014’s way to do gold! Love your gorgeous bokeh with that awesome skyline! Happy New Year my awesome crafty friend!!
