Hello!
Time for a new Runway Inspired Challenge! This week we have a beautiful, soft and colorful look to inspire you!
Here is my card:
Inspired by the flowing fabric, I did some curvy strokes in yellow:
I then used stamps from the Hero Arts set “Real Flowers” with Distress markers and inks to create the cluster of flowers and leaves. I sprayed them twice with water before stamping:
For the greeting, I inked a white strip of paper using the same blue ink as the flower, then embossed the greeting in white.
This week we have a very talented guest designer joining us, and I advise you to check out the Runway Inspired Challenge blog, for the projects this week are nothing short of amazing!!
Last week’s entries were so good that I had a very hard time voting! I love to see your creative interpretations of our challenge, and I hope that you can join us this time! The winner will get a $25 gift card to Ellen Hutson’s store!
Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Tasnim
I’m swooning – I’d love to have this on my wall!
Wonderful watercolouring Tasnim! And every time I see one of your cards now I’m questioning whether it’s one of your own stamps, as it would be just like you to be so sneaky! 😉
Oh my, this is so definitely pinned Tasnim, girl you ROCK!
Fabulous!!! Love the design Tasnim 🙂 So Gorgeous!!!
Was wondering if this was another of your stamp creations 😉 Had to come praise your “flow” which I noticed immediately in the inspiration photo. Gorgeous.
Had to do a double take when I saw this – I mean, your end result is just flawless! You make me wanna experiment more with watercolouring!
Wonderful interpretation of the photo… this card is absolutely beautiful !!
So so pretty! LOVE!!!
SO beautiful! You have applied the fabulous water-coloring to capture the essence!! Love it , Tasnim!!!!
I love this card, it is really pretty and sweet! Very beautiful!
Seriously awesome, Tasnim! I really appreciate how you always take it to the next level. Like how you don’t just stamp the flowers, you spray them with water first. And you make your own background. And I’m liking how your sentiment is like the Dymo label, but it’s not a Dymo label. I’ll say it again, seriously awesome.
so very pretty, Tasnim! I love the watercoloring and the feeling of movement on your card!
This card is my style hehe seriously jus love it!
Love your card! The watercoloring turned out beautiful!
I have no idea how your brain translated this dress into a card so perfectly…you are incredible! The “curvy strokes” are the perfect background behind the flowers.
Gorgeous! In fact this is so pretty that I totally expected these to be your flowers. 🙂
Stunning!
This is just simply lovely! A beautiful way to put your own stamp on this challenge!
