Hello!
I am back with another card. This one was inspired by our July muse at CASE study challenge; Shari Carroll!!!
Great design, great layout, great colors, what’s not to love? 🙂 and here is an opportunity to do freestyle collage and layering, a style that I admire, but need much practice to do it well.
Most of the elements in this card were fished out from my scraps box. The only new things were the golden circle and the sentiment strip.
The coffee colored textured piece is very thick, almost like chipboard. It’s not card stock, it is something that I up-cycled. Can you guess what it is?
We have two guest designers this month. These two very talented ladies are Amy Tsuruta and Tenia Nelson! Welcome aboard Amy and Tenia 🙂
Do stop by the CASE study blog to see how the rest of the team along with our guest designers were inspired. Thanks for visiting today.
What a pretty card Tasnim! I love the soft pretty colors on the floral pieces set against the bold black and gold!
Beautiful, Tasnim – love it. The black and gold, along with the soft flowers – so glamourous 🙂
LOVE your card…the stamping on the gold metallic paper…AWESOME! Hmmm…trying to figure out what that upcycled piece is from…is it from a board game or something?
So thrilled to be working with you this month!
I so love how you replaced the “C” in your sentiment … now THAT is definitely “cool”!!! I’m gonna guess your upcycled piece is a clothing tag?!
It is!! and I bet you can guess what it actually said in place of “cool” 🙂
Gorgeous card, Miss Lady!! 🙂
This is do beautiful, elegant and bold. Love ur card designs 🙂
I really love that black panel, the gold, the talk flowers, so much is kind of unexpected for me in this card but I love how it comes together!
So BEAUTIFUL!!!
