I used a meduim and small Daisy punches to make the flowers. The leaves are made by punching out circles, they are clear embossed with Stampin’ Up! Paisely Bacground. The sentiment is from a Close to My Heart set called “My Mom”.
Last week I made two birthday cards for my husband’s colleagues, so I thought I would share one of them. This is a very simple card, and I used a cupcake stamp set form Stampendous. I love this stamp set, the cupcakes are so cute! Making this card made me want to have some cupcakes! and the next thing I know, my husband got some for me! He later asked if they were as good as the ones in my card
so here is the video showing how I made this card:
Materials:
Stamp: Stampendous “Hey there cupcake”
Paper: Neena solar white cardstock, Clear vellum (cloud pattern).
Ink: Memento tuxedo black, colorbox: rose coral, rouge, yellow citrus and cocoa. Copic markers, memento tuxedo black marker
Tools: 1″ circle punch, stamp-a-ma-jig, EK success cutter bee microtip cissors.
I was asked to make a card using simple supplies. I tried to use just papers, cissors and glue. I would have handwritten “Thank you” except my calligraphy pen was not working at the time. I did use two circle punches, if you don’t have a circle punch, you could simply trace some circular object and cut it out.
Materials:
Stapm: Thank you stamp (River city rubber wks)
Paper: Recollection cardstock, white pink and black. Gray cardstock (I had this one from many years ago)
