Card: Folding Card

Here is the video:

Card: Kathy’s Lily Pad Palette Challenge

Hello, my apologies for the late post. Things have been a little hectic recently. Just when I got my computer back and thought I would be able to edit videos…my camera falls and breaks… I should not be allowed to handle electronics. Anyway, both are in working condition now, but I am out of town so again, no video this week.

I had created today’s card for¬†this¬†challenge about a week ago. Since I don’t have any supplies this week to make a card, I thought I would share this card.

And here is the card:

It is a very simple and quick card. Just cut out three rectangular pieces each 13/8″ x 3″, lined them up and stamped the image with Versamark. Then heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Glued the panels on a 4.25″ x5.5″ card base, added the butted with glue dots and stamped the sentiment.
Materials:
Stamps: Inkadinakdo flourish and Stampin Up! “Thank you kindly” set.
Inks:  Memento Tuxido black, and versamark
Paper: Recollection white and colored cardstocks
Tools: Buttons, Inkadinkado white embossing poder, Heat gun, glue dots.

Card: Spring Hearts

Spring is almost here! and lately I have been thinking about colotful cards. This card for instance, is full of vibrant colors and flourish fun. It took me a long time to decide which colored heart to put on the front; pink stamped on pink, or pink stamped on white or just the embossed one…or some combination… I would go away and come back to it later looking at different arrangements…in the end I decided on this combination. Of course, I didn’t show all my thinking in the video, I just made a second card for it. Hope you enjoy watching it!
