Liquid Pearl Ornaments

Hello! I am here with another card inspired by the Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab World. The design was also inspire by the current challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch.

Liquid Pearls

I used a 3/4″ circle punch with heavy weight water color paper to punch out the ornaments. I squirted some liquid pearls onto them and smoothed it out with my finger (the reason why they have different textures! I think the silver one came out best).

The branch is a memory box die, and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Pearls on a String

Hello! I made this wedding themed card inspired by the Trigger Tuesday at Moxie Fab World. Here is the trigger photo:

The colors look so gorgeous!!  I was quite inspired by the spherical ornaments and the silver trey, so I wrapped some silver strings around the card base and attached some pearls on them.

I embossed the sentiment in silver. And here is how I tied the strings on the inside:

Challenge: Vintage Vogue

A card for the vhallenge at Moxie Fab World– Tuesday Trigger: Vintage Vogue

Here is my card:

A close up showing the gold embossing:

I started out by first stamping the couple and the sentiment in the center of the card front.

Next I inked a polka dot background stamp with versamark ink, wiped off the center area and stamped on card front.

Then I sprinkled some gold embossing powder and heat set it.

To lower the stark contrast, I sponged some chocolate ink around the perimeter; this also highlights the image of the couple.

Finally I wrapped around the lace, secured it with tape from back, and glued a piece of card stock over to hide the tape.

Card: Watercolor Butterflies at MoxiFab World

Moxie Fab World – Tuesday Trigger: Watercolor Butterflies.

here is my card:

I love the whimsical butterflies on the dress, so I had to have a butterfly in my card. I wanted to create a look as if the butterfliy is flying off the paper.

I used Momento markers on an acrylic block and a water brush to create the background. Stamped the butterfly with the same markers. Then cut out the wings with x-acto knife.
